Study of Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Recurrent or Metastatic
Lesions to the Lung, Liver, Spine and Viscera
To determine the efficacy of extracranial stereotactic radiosurgery
in treating patients with metastatic disease to the lung, liver,
spine or viscera, and its effectiveness in the palliation of symptoms.
A standardized and accepted quality of life form will be used to
evaluate the patient’s status before body radiosurgery and
after treatments are completed. The radiographic response of the
target tumor and appropriate imaging studies (as determined by
the investigator) will be used to measure the size of the lesion
before and after treatment.
